Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations/rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Any cancellation/rescheduling done within 24 hours of the appointment time is 100% fee charged of the service amount missed.

This also applies to removing any scheduled services from your appointment once you've already arrived.

*For example, if you booked a brazilian and leg wax and then decide you only want to receive one service, you will still be financially responsible for both*


NO SHOW POLICY

If you are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service and will need to pay a deposit prior to rebooking your next service with us. the deposit will go towards the services booked. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE.


LATE POLICY

You have a 10 minute grace period to be inside the room after the start time of your appointment. Anything after that is considered a No Show and your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the no show fee of 100% of the service amount.

If our schedule allows it and we can still service you after the 10 minute grace period has passed, a $10 late fee will be applied.

If you are running late but have multiple services booked, we may have to modify your services and you will still be financially responsible for those services removed.

If you are running late, please notify us through text message and we MAY be able to make some sort of accommodation IF our schedule allows it. (Please keep in mind all of our clients are scheduled back to back appointments and not much accommodations can be made normally) it is important that you are on time and do not exceed the 10 minute grace period.
