Located inside of POSH SALON (behind Grove Roots Brewery/shared parking right off Ave C SW). The facility was very clean & appealing. Bailie has friendly personality & we literally talked the entire time like we’d known each other for years. Bailie explained everything she did before she started each application and always checked to make sure I was comfortable with the wax temperature and overall process. All of her products had a soft, relaxing smell to them. The application of wax was smooth & removal was fast. Bailie took her time to ensure she’d gotten EVERYTHING (definitely appreciated). I didn’t have any lingering pain nor skin irritations. Bailie also explained what I need to to help with skin exfoliating and discoloration. I’m more than satisfied with my results and will be a repeat client.

I’m not new at all to Brazilians but I haven’t gotten one in about 2-3 years. I let my hair grow since about Jan/Feb so I was fully expecting the Brazilian to be very painful since it has been so long. I was SHOCKED at how pleasant the experience was! I forgot her name but the very nice woman who serviced me was so so sweet, gentle, fast, and made the whole process pain free. At one point I even had my eyes closed. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and will be coming to The Secret Garden for all of my waxing needs (already booked for my eyebrows). I felt like a new woman walking out of there 😊

Got my first waxes ever (other than eyebrow) here. Best services hands down. I have gotten eyebrow, lip, Brazilian, underarm and full leg. Amazing results and super clean. Highly recommend! Jessica has been nothing but amazing and so kind. She makes you feel super comfortable. I also have gotten a lash lift and tint and have not even touched mascara since. Such a great job!
